Matthew Graziano has been passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation since he was a little kid. Since then, he has worked in the technology industry for over two decades as an engineer, architect, CTO, and founder.
He started a web development agency called Millennium (it was 1999) while still in high school when the web was in its early days. His goal was to help companies establish a web presence and reach a broader audience.
After college, Matthew worked at an MIT research lab for a time before becoming an early engineer at RunKeeper, which was later acquired by ASICS for roughly $100 million. He then became the founding CTO at ZappRx, a healthcare startup that also had a successful exit.
For nearly ten years, Matthew consulted full-time, working mostly with very early-stage startups and several established companies to design, implement, and launch the first versions of new products. Among the most successful early-stage companies he worked with were Toast, a restaurant management software company that went on to IPO at $20 billion, and Hydrow, a rowing company that raised hundreds of millions of dollars and became a prominent brand in the fitness space. During this time, he also served as interim CTO for Acceleration Partners, a leading global marketing agency.
Following that, Matthew started a company called Flywork, focused on ushering in the future of work by making it easy to hire the right talent at the right time, wherever they are in the world. He also continues to work with and advise startups.
Matthew joined Jaxon in early 2024 and couldn’t be more excited to help usher in the next wave of AI innovation!
