Rear Admiral Keith Davids

Rear Adm. Keith B. Davids is a retired Naval Special Warfare Officer and a native of Miami, Florida. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1990 and holds a Masters Degree from the Naval Postgraduate School in Manpower Systems Analysis and one from the National War College in National Security Strategy.

With extensive operational experience, Davids has led SEAL teams and joint special operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, the Pacific, and Europe. His leadership roles include Commanding Officer of SEAL Team One, Commander of Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force-Iraq, Commander of Special Operations Command South, and most recently, Commander of Naval Special Warfare Command.

His shore assignments include serving as Director of Operations at Naval Special Warfare Command, Military Aide to the President, and Director of the White House Military Office.

Davids’ personal decorations include the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, and Bronze Star Medal with Combat V, among others.
