David M. Cattler is a senior transatlantic security and intelligence leader with more than 35 years of service across the U.S. government, NATO, and the Intelligence Community. He has held senior leadership roles at the White House, NATO, ODNI, DIA, Joint Staff, and the U.S. Navy, including serving as NATO Assistant Secretary General for Intelligence and Security and as Director of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). His work today focuses on trust, resilience, intelligence integration, and the intersection of national security and emerging technology.
