Zeb Egbert joins Jaxon following a series of executive leadership roles in strategy, growth, and go-to-market execution across the consulting, private equity, and executive advisory sectors. He has built and led high-performing sales and deployment teams that drive measurable revenue impact, operational efficiency, and sustained client value.

With deep expertise in business development, strategy, and client success, Zeb partners with Jaxon clients and prospects to identify and translate AI innovation into real-world results, leveraging Jaxon’s DSAIL technology, making AI more trusted, auditable, and compliant.

Before joining Jaxon, Zeb served as SVP of Private Equity at Insight2Profit, where he led the business development strategy with private equity groups, identifying value creation opportunities, deploying data-driven revenue strategies, and implementing operational improvements for portfolio companies. As Director of Business Development at BDO USA, he expanded strategic private equity and hedge fund relationships while guiding go-to-market initiatives, aligning BDO advisory services to client accounting, compliance, and technology needs. In addition, Zeb was New England Region Managing Partner at Tatum, a Randstad company, where he was promoted as one of the youngest senior leaders in the firm. While at Tatum, Zeb built and led a core team of over 25 operating executives and 50+ on-demand project professionals supporting companies through periods of transformation, integration, accelerated growth, and mission-critical initiatives. Zeb was awarded Managing Partner of the Year and recognized as Best In Blue across consecutive years while also a four-year President’s Club awardee. 

Zeb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo. Based in the Greater Boston area, he is passionate about advancing responsible AI adoption, helping clients unlock the next era of intelligent performance, and mentoring future leaders.
