Before Jaxon, Ian worked across the aerospace and defense sector at Clipper Defense, NobleReach Foundation, and Siemens Digital Industries Software. At Clipper, he managed the full contract lifecycle for defense programs, from solicitation through closeout, across multiple U.S. Government programs. At NobleReach, he was selected as a 2025 Scholar to advance federal defense priorities, leading research on UAS testing infrastructure and supporting briefings on domestic manufacturing and testing capacity. At Siemens, he developed go-to-market strategies for digital twin, automation, and simulation technologies serving A&D customers.
Ian holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University. He is passionate about advancing U.S. national security through technology and strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors.
