Richa Goyal is a machine learning and software engineer with a strong background in building scalable systems. Prior to joining Jaxon, she worked across multiple data-driven platform teams in enterprise software at Workday and Catalyst. Richa focuses on developing machine learning solutions that enhance operational efficiency through automation and intelligent systems, with a particular interest in leveraging AI to advance operational workflows.

Richa holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UC Santa Cruz and an M.S. in AI from USC. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and volunteering – particularly for initiatives that support women in STEM.
